3 Casseroles (25 portions each)
1 Vegetarian Option (10 portions)
50 Sausages
75 25 Baked Potatoes
8 7 6 5 Salads (10 portions each)
French Bread
Butter (4 X 250 gms)
Grated Cheese (1 kg)
8 7 6 5 4 3 2 Desserts (8 portions each)
Cream (3 litres)
Tea, Coffee & Milk (for 75 People)
24 Bottles of Wine
